-NO SHOW POLICY
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment without notice it will be considered a no show and you will be charged 100% of booked appointment.
-CANCELATION POLICY
Please allow 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. All appointments canceled or changed within 48hrs of appointment time will be charge 50% of booked appointment. We understand that emergencies happen and we will always try to work with you but as a small business it is important to balance our empathy with our need to protect the financial stability of our employees. When we are given less than 48hrs notice of cancellation it is very hard to fill the spot and directly affects your stylist's bottom line. Thank you so much for understanding this policy.
-NEW CLIENT POLICY
If you are a new client you will need to add a 15 minute consultation to your appointment time. If you do not add it we will add it for you!
-PAYMENT POLICY- You are required to have an active credit card on file at all times.We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Adding credit cards to your wallet in your account will enable Express Pay which will allow for ease in booking and checkout and also the ability for LUX to enforce our cancelation policy. *For your privacy and security all information is stored with a highly encrypted, third party, payment processing company called EVO and can never be viewed by anyone at our company or by AURA*
FIX POLICY- If there are any adjustments that need to be made to your style after paying please make us aware of this within 7 days of your service. Any adjustment made after this period will be your financial responsibility.
