For the safety and comfort of all guests, children must be supervised at all times while in the salon. Children under the age of 16 may not be left unattended in the salon under any circumstances. If a child under 16 is present, a parent or responsible adult must remain in the salon for the duration of the appointment. Clients aged 16 and older may attend appointments independently. However, as they are still considered minors, the following policies apply:
A parent or legal guardian assumes full financial responsibility for all services performed
The client (age 16–17) is responsible for clearly communicating their desired outcome and approving the final result at the conclusion of the service
Payment is due in full at the time of service
If a parent or guardian would like to have input on the service, they must be present at the time the service is performed and completed.
By allowing a minor to attend an appointment independently, the parent or guardian acknowledges and accepts the outcome of the service as approved at the time of completion. Requests for adjustments will be handled in accordance with the salon’s standard service policies and must be communicated within the designated timeframe.
The salon is not responsible for supervising children at any time.
